I absolutely love historical fiction and read a lot of it; I love to learn history this way. I also enjoy reading science fiction, fantasy, horror, thriller and non-fiction science.
BOOKLET OR TOME? I had to look this one up, and I'm still having some trouble answering. I guess I like books in the 200-400 page range where I feel they are not too short and not too long.
PRE-OWNED OR NEW? Arg, I buy a lot of pre-owned books from book sales and thrift stores, but also receive ARC's. I'll still go with pre-owned
HISTORICAL FICTION OR FANTASY? I read both, but I am a hard-core Historical Fiction fan.
HARDCOVER OR PAPERBACK? Paperback definitely, so much more comfortable to read.
FUNNY OR SAD? Funny, I can always go for a good laugh.
DO YOU PREFER READING IN SUMMER OR IN WINTER? I read all year long, but I probably get more reading done in the winter since I am outside a lot in the summer.
CLASSICS OR MAINSTREAM? I've read a lot of classics, but I prefer mainstream.
GUIDEBOOK OR FICTION? I have a lot of guidebooks due to my profession and appreciate ones that are organized well, but I love fiction and getting away from it all.
CRIME NOVEL OR THRILLER? Thriller... I love suspense and a good scare.
E-BOOK OR PRINT EDITION? I've been reading a lot of e-books lately, but nothing can replace the feel of an actual book in your cands.
COLLECTING OR CLEARING OUT? Um, Collecting for sure. My bookshelves are all double-stacked.
INTERNET OR BOOKSTORE? Bookstore, I love browsing and finding something cheap.
BACKLIST OR NEW PUBLICATION? Ugh...I don't know, I tend to read anything, but I guess I've been reading more new publications lately.
BEST OR BAD SELLER? I've read both, but I'll have to go with Best...
COOKBOOK OR BAKING BOOK? Baking, sweets for me!
I'll tag some new friends too...
